Place down here in Needville, TX, owned and run by a baw from Lockport, has been selling out every night they are able to serve boiled crawfish.

Granted, he doesn't go crazy sourcing a shite-ton of sacks, because he doesn't want to get stuck with unsold bugs and lose money. But thus far, at around $10/lb, he's selling out every single bit.

The two boiled seafood markets by my house were both sold out by noon last Saturday.
Of course they probably only got 10 sacks each to boil that morning
