For every person that uses it to change their life, there’s 10+ that brow beat their doctor into it to lose 20lbs without changing anything about themselves or taking any responsibility for their lifestyle.

I don’t hate either story, because anything to let us have less fat people is a net positive imo. Just wish more people did it the right way.

I've been the motivator with my friends, helping them learn some aspects of running and weight lifting. It helps when you have friends that are already doing that, and can keep you motivated. Sadly, I think you're right about some people.

The drugs in that class are not approved, or studied for long term risks. This is a good watch.

why is using the drug not the right way? you realize it forces you to change your lifestyle right?

i dont hate either way but i do hate ignorant comments from those that have zero clue to how the medicine works.
