Can I have a new country not full of scam artists, tyrants, pedophile groomers, and communists? Really, required to disclose the effects of warming on your business?
There is no economic risk from man induced climate change (aka Global Warming), the risk is not toeing the communist party line. The risk has been created from thin air.

I asked this question yesterday, did congress give the SEC authority to make this rule?

I’m sure it will. Threads on this the other day suggested it will be litigated all the way to SCOTUS over it being an EPA expansion of powers not granted to it by Congress.
