YouTube Trailer
Based on one of the greatest video game series of all time, Fallout is the story of haves and have-nots in a world in which there’s almost nothing left to have. 200 years after the apocalypse, the gentle denizens of luxury fallout shelters are forced to return to the irradiated hellscape their ancestors left behind — and are shocked to discover an incredibly complex, gleefully weird and highly violent universe waiting for them. From executive producers Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, the creators of Westworld, starring Ella Purnell, Aaron Moten, Walton Goggins and more. All episodes arrive April 11 on Prime Video.

Nice will watch. Hopefully not ruined due to inclusiveness.

For the record, I think I used this same joke for West World...

Looks pretty good.
I’ve always said though a big unrealistic part of the series is how well women are treated. In a real apocalypse situation like that, being a woman would be absolutely horrific.
I’m hoping we get to see Caesar’s Legion

Right? Everyone knows only white males can survive an apocalypse.

I finally got Fallout 3 to work on steam and I've been all about that the last few weeks. I'm stoked for more Fallout content. They've made a few comments about how this is essentially Fallout 5, and after you get past the "WTF" of that comment and hear what they say, it makes sense. It's just not interactive. Plus Todd Howard was heavily involved with this. We won't see the actual Fallout 5 for probably close to 10 years from now, so I'll take it

I'm liking the main characters. Just like the games, they're showing people from all factions of this new life.
I have no problem with the female lead as long as she has the same struggles as everyone else. If she girl bosses a Super Mutant or Deathclaw, my eyes might roll out of my head.

I wish they would have gone further with the ghouls look, but I get why they pulled back. They're pretty grotesque and I imagine they didn't think people would enjoy that with a central character.
I don't get why people care about this so much. If a male character did the same thing, no one would bat an eye.

Looks better than the first trailer. Still has massive lore issues, which is an issue since this show is considered to be canon, correct? Like, how does the BoS have any presence in Los Angeles? Let alone the resources for a full vertibird fleet and another damn Prydwen? Shows them in conflict with the NCR in the trailer, but the NCR should have full control over where this show is taking place.
Some of the line delivery and visuals weren't exactly top notch. Only character who seems interesting off the bat, or potentially interesting, is the ghoul...and that's mainly because he's being played by Walton Goggins.
Like I said, looks better than the first trailer, although that's not a huge achievement. Not getting my hopes up, as I've been burned too many times before and the trailers still aren't that compelling. But I'm hoping it turns out well.

Will Smith and Denzel…TWD say Ello. Certainly hasn’t been a lack diversity in those types of movies and shows. The issues is only when it all comes across as forced or with some agenda tied to it. Which does happen.
I’d have an issue if they made a walking dead movie and made Michonne white.

Guess I should be thankful that it's at least not being written by Emil Pagliarulo.

Means absolutely nothing to me. Dude's a snake oil salesman. The trailer already has some major lore issues, not that Todd or Bethesda would care.

You can pick male or female in the games and the females can kill Super Mutants and Deathclaws just the same as the males in the game.

Westworld season 1 was pretty good.
I’ll give this a look

If he creates a female character, all skill points go into Cooking and Nagging.
Because realism.

What are my boob options when creating the female character? This is important. Fallout 4 is pretty cheap. May give it a shot.
