its the pharmacy line that gets me..I cant fathom why this is so difficult for these people. Wait till its ready, walk up, give name and date of birth, get meds, pay, and leave. It fairly simple. But throw a couple of them in the line and they will be at the window for 30 mins. "ummm, how much....whats that one do....why my insurance didnt pay.....why it didnt pay all of it.....you got the right card....can you check.....you got my medicaid....

I think some of this is defendable. I was behind someone who is only able to get a 2 week supply of his medication at a time. And the price jumped from $20 to $160 and he learned about the increase while the cashier rang it up. According to him, no notice from his insurance (I believe that), no one from the pharmacy called to inform him of the price before filling it or when they called to let him know it was ready.

When you need some sort of refill, but there is a car with five people in front of you in the drive through doing in car COVID tests, lol.
