0.0% I’ll ever go north of 12. Plenty of areas are fine flooding wise here and the schools are great

This particular neighborhood does concern me though. I think I remember we had one poster that lived there.

Me as well but Mandeville, that being said, most insurances don't write below 12. I've been with State Farm, same agent, since 1995...they won't touch anything even for a long term customer below 12. Prices are through the roof like that.

People don't realize that north of I12 in this area fared wayyyyy worse in the 2016 floods than south of I12.

Quite a few homeowners insurance companies will not write if home is south of I-12

A poster said I-12 construction finished.

You better go take a look.

Phase 1 finished

Phase 2 - involving widening overpass at Hwy 21 ongoing now.

Hwy 190 traffic trying to get on heading toward Hammond most afternoons, backed up like a MoFo
