looking at google maps it looks like that wall/window is facing NNEish. Should keep it from taking a direct hit i guess but theres still definitely going to be some sun coming in, especially in the summer when the sun's path is further north.

I get they want the skyline in the back but it would probably be better to have it facing more SE to avoid any afternoon sunlight getting in at all.
