There are few people I would legit punch in the face from this site, but you're gunning for the top spot.

They probably haven’t bought recently. The cheapest single family home 3b 2b for our zip is 3M. We can’t afford this area.

Kirkland which is above us is 1.6M for 1800 sq ft

Yet 2 million is a starter home and 1 million a year income somehow doesnt cut it. Like I said, your takes on money are ridiculous

The median is not a good metric here. People with median incomes can’t buy a house. Do median home owner income for last 5 years and you will see significant skew.

Home owner income double renters

Yeah, if he is in the Seattle area =, he is full of shite. My in-laws have a condo in Seattle and a house in the burbs and have not paid close to that amount.

Bro you have lost the plot and are out of touch.

Median income for a family in the US is roughly $70K and you are unironically saying 1M isn't as much as you think?

Go touch grass and interact with normal people and stop larping on TD.

Gotcha.

If youre willing to drive that far from Bellevue you should have lots of options

But youre in the midst of some of the best suburbs anywhere.

You could move to Renton and for 1.5, you could get a pretty sick house. There are 171 active listings under 1 million.

Yeah, hes 10 miles or so from Bellevue now. A 20 mile radius gives him a LOT of options.
