frick no. If the dog were lost and they didn’t get there in time, that’s a different story

I only say that because it was clear these people were unhinged from the beginning and i could see drama coming a mile away (although not this much)

But she is a huge animal lover so I understand why she kept it.

Psychopaths. I’d be cautious, who knows what other crazy shite they are capable of.

We know where the couple lives, both in Alabama and in SC. It's going to be on a PI or law enforcement to spot the dog now.

Good work. What about a Gina Mooyoung?

Is this what is leading you to Greenville area? If so, her address in Simpsonville is easy to find. Is the only tie because she is one of 4 friends left on DMs Facebook or is there other ties??

Also, are you sure about the address of M/DM in Fairhope? Being on Petz that is for sale? I found another record of their home purchase in Fairhope under a different address

How long did they have the dog before he was stolen back?

I feel like I recall it not being particularly long?

Yea it’s tough.

Unpopular opinion from a dog lover here by at some point the hundreds of hours, probably not inconsequential funds and I’m sure plenty of days spent angry - probably would be better spent adopting another pup that needs help and investing the time, energy and money in their family unit. Heck, rags getting to live a normal life with outdoor time and vet care is a silver lining to calling a truce.

Easier said than done but even if they win at this point it’s going to have a hefty cost when you weigh everything and there are really easy alternatives that are hugely positive

No police have phone records and supposedly they both pinged in the same location in Georgia the night after rage was stolen.

The marshes have a rental property also in quail creek. That’s probably the other house you see.

Gotcha. Well, GMY works at Total Wines in Greenville and lives in Simpsonville at 606 Troutdale Lane

I don’t think this is a given when you’re dealing with people who are willing to dump it in the first place and hire a thug to get it back

That dog won’t live long imo

You may be right. They may have gotten him back and had one last hurrah then dumped him. Like a “if I can’t have you no one else can” sort of thing.

Didn't someone say in the other thread the old lady was seen buying dog food and a dog bed? I get that could be for the pitbull they supposedly owned, but hard to believe they would go through all that trouble then off the dog

Maybe.

I mean, devils advocate - they thought they were doing the best, regretted it, and are now going way over the top to get him back. They could do bad things to him, or they could just give him a relatively normal dog life

And if just working on paper, lots of other dogs that definitely won’t live long the family could save

I know that’s a cold take that leaves the emotion out of it fully - and is easier said than done if thinking about moving on but…

That’d be a completely bizarre turn unless something happened by surprise or accident

You people are delusional. The dog is gone. You people are demonizing these old people with no proof or anything. Nobody has seen the dog in months. They hired a PI. Nothing… I guess the dog just shites inside in these peoples new house? But they bought dog food and a dog bed. That’s the smoking gun? Lol… And I’m sure the police department really wants to use their valuable resources on this instead of violent crime. And I’m sure they got a judge to issue search warrant to get cellphone records without probable cause. Maybe the judge is an animal lover and he’s willing to risk his career on this by issuing an unlawful search warrant without probable cause for a lost dog….

Sad story but the dog is gone.

And, if I had stolen a dog and the cops were on my trail, I’d just kill the dog and destroy the evidence. It’s not like they have a dog DNA database or dental records for dogs.

So someone just willy-nilly broke into the girl's house and knew which deaf sheepdog to steal for the hell of it? Right around the time the old folks wanted the dog back? Come on now. I think the dog is gone and there's probably no getting it back, but let's be serious: those old people were involved

Everything you just typed is hearsay. We have a thing in America that you’re innocent until proven guilty. You people are no better than the leftist woke people during #metoo movement who crucified people in the court of public opinion before the accused could defend themselves.

How do you know these people didn’t move cities because of the harassment? What if these people are completely innocent and hearsay like this caused them to move because they were being harassed? That’s more likely than these old people hiring a punk kid to steal a deaf dog.
