there's the source, look dude, your numbers were off by a substantial factor. you clearly thought there were 8-9 million asylees in the US right now. that number isn't close. we let in less than a quarter of a million per year, right now we have a backlog of 1.1 million.

Because the 8-9 million people that have entered illegally in the last 3 years aren't "illegal aliens" they're "assulym seekers"

Is aggravated rape of a minor still a death penalty crime in Louisiana?

From your article lol
So New York has only had 2,000 individuals in 2023?
What about New York saying they have 175,000 currently to support? Who's lieing? The Democrats who wrote your article or the democrats begging for federal aid in progressive cities?

But you're right man there no increase since 2018, actually there's been an enormous dip in border crossings

In the first eight months of FY 2023, refugees’ top initial resettlement destinations were Texas (approximately 10 percent, or 3,100 individuals), New York (6 percent, or 2,000 refugees),

More than 175,000 migrants have made their way to New York, which has long had a policy of providing shelter to anyone in the city who is without housing. Many of those trekking to New York came on buses provided by Southern governors, most notably Greg Abbott of Texas.

Your factoid is only short by 1.9 million people. In addition to 3mm “asylum seekers”, you can add the estimated multiple of gotaways, dreamers, the dreamers’ parents, and plus the untold millions of people that are unaccounted for living stateside. You’re either intentionally being ignorant or just outright delusional if you believe the number “undocumented” or illegal immigrates living in the US has remain stagnant at 11mm.
