if you are not big then why does your shirt stick out so far and why do you have 3 distinct fat rolls on your side that can be seen through the shirt?

and why do you have to wear your jeans so low? maybe because your belly sits on top?

A. I've never once claimed to be in perfect physical shape (because I'm not).
Just said that's I'm not a very big person.

B. Here's a side view.



Could I be in better shape? absolutely.
I fluctuate between 160# - 165# with a 32" waist.

not perfect, but damn sure not big.

Exactly. I'm 6'4" 180,, BMI 21.5 with a flat belly and pant size is a comfortable 34. Ain't no way that big 260 pounder wears 32s

Most people spend majority of their life now at the gym and bike/yoga etc classes. Between work and that it’s 95% of their lives now.
