I have seen a distinct trend over the last 4-5 years of attorneys including photographic representations of evidence with the four corners of a complaint.

I don’t do it in complaints, but I’m a big proponent of pictures and diagrams within briefs.

I would imagine that's a combination of everyone having photo capable printers, and attorneys knowing how to insert an image file into a text document.

In a previous life when I was a young bureaucrat, a lot of the older attorneys wouldn't have known how to do that even if it were an option.
