has it? is that from smoking it? is it better or worse for you than alcohol? Again, I am not for total legalization and do not smoke or eat

I don’t know if it’s better or worse than alcohol. Doesn't really matter imo.
I know for certain that heart attack risk increases within the first 30 minutes of usage as heart rate generally increases considerably.
I also know that there is a lot unknown about its health factors.
It’s a substance used to alter conscience which is generally not a positive.
