3) Cell phone Geodata conclusively establishes that Wade and Willis both lied under oath when discussing the nature and length of their relationship.
Not sure what you are paying attention to, but any reasonable, objective judge would completely discredit the testimony of Wade and Willis and would rely entirely on the testimony of Willis's friend, the geodata, and the text messages sent by Wade's partner / lawyer.

But I don't think the defense entered any sworn testimony that showed that there was a conflict, let alone a conflict worthy of a disqualification.
The judge will believe who he believes, but on one side we have sworn testimony and on the other we have grumpy lawyers who couldn't nail anyone down.

Cell phone data places him in a particular area. That does not conclusively prove anything other than that he was in an area.
