Just turned 47 and been sober and eating healthy since Christmas. Hitting similar numbers now that I did in college:
Squats - 3 sets of 10 with 315
Bench - 3 sets of 10 with 225
Ran 7 miles before work this morning.
Living my best life. Get on board!
