Hello everyone on this forum…. I have lived in Athens Ga for over 30 years. I happened on this forum while searching for the height and weight of the killer of this young woman to see just how unbalanced her fight for her life was…. She just went for a run by herself, something she has apparently done for years only to be attacked and beaten to death by a man filled with evil. That is what this whole situation should be about! This is not about politics. Do I need to list the thousands of white American citizen men who have killed their own pregnant wives, non-pregnant wives, pregnant mistresses, non-pregnant mistresses, fiancés, girlfriends, their own children, and random strangers?? Are you all also jumping on forums filled with outrage over those killings? Or just ones that back your own outwardly very negative and hate filled political agenda? The comments on here are so outrageous that I felt I must please beg you all to seriously consider how you talk about other humans…. The most offensive are the comments about this exceptional young woman who lost her life to a maniac. As a nursing student this young woman would have happily signed an oath to take the best care of any of you people on here should you have needed her help - regardless of your extreme political agenda or attitudes towards her. I highly doubt that she would ever even consider posting hateful words about YOU if this had happened to you and not her. Think about that…. Why are y’all so filled with hate? Can any of you try to take a few moments to think about that? Seriously. You would all benefit from some sort of 12 step support group. Do you like living with such hatred for people just because of how they think? First of all, most all of us come from ancestors that took this land away from the people who rightfully owned it. We are all in some form or other immigrants unless you are Native American, which my humble apologies for what my ancestors put yours through… Back to the subject at hand… This is about a promising young woman who was beaten to death by an evil man. Now I defiantly have more liberal leanings, and please try not to eviscerate me too much for that, but know that I wish you no harm, but when it comes to crime: I would kill this man myself if I had the opportunity. HE doesn’t deserve to breathe after killing another human.I don’t give a damn where he’s from and certainly don’t think that all immigrants are evil because of the actions of a few. If that were the standard we were to go by, then all men would be evil and I certainly don’t believe that is true. (Although I would not like to encounter any of you in person, cause y’all do kinda scare me I gotta say.) And Athens is an amazing city, also legally not a sanctuary city - that’s just an easy Google, as not town in Ga is officially a sanctuary city. This is the home of amazing towns people and incredibly gifted students from all over the world that we get to interact with and generally have minor problems getting along. All cultures can show you grace if you can allow them grace as well. Many of you who are on here might be of some faith in God. Choose to let that heal you of hatred. Otherwise you are just spreading it around and one or more of you may begin to think that something evil needs to happen to another person and wind up in the same situation as the man who took this woman’s life. Please stop the hate. Try to have some compassion for your fellow men and women. If this makes even one of you seek some relief for yourself then any of the hate filled comments you put forth on me will be worth it.

please try to answer the following questions succinctly. nobody has time to read a novel.

Did the politicians in Clarke County make Clarke County a sanctuary for illegals?

If the answer is yes, how is not political?

She was killed by a worthless illegal. It absolutely is about politics and you are a stupid piece of shite for trying to deflect blame away from your liberal policies.

are you aware that everyone, everywhere that lives on this planet is living on land once occupied by other people?

had Laken decided to take a jog in her hometown, she would be alive. she would probably go on to save many georgians lives once she started working as a medical professional. the virtious leftist policies of Clarke County killed this young lady. If you voted for anyone that voted "YES" to make Clarke County a sanctuary county, her blood is also on your hands.

So they're here legally. The point is that this girl would be alive if we had a secure border. If you're so worked up that you write a frickin novel with no paragraphs maybe you should find a different forum
