I worked for years with Unions and I understand them along with the whole grievance and arbitration process. It is wishful thinking to believe the creation of a union is going to happen and codify anything for the SEC and the Big Ten.

The lawyers, and conference leaders, and media companies (streaming and cable)and agents, and other sharks swimming in the cesspool that is the money flowing in and around college football today all have no interest in unions getting involved to try to get their snout in the trough.

So who’s gonna look after the bottom half of each roster? They’re the rank and file of big time college rosters and there’s no game and no TV money without them
