Some of the fundamentals of union organizing are having a well defined target company and clear employee base with some motivating grievances for the union organizers to latch on to. Practically none of that exists right now in this situation, players and recruits are gleeful about the NIL money they are now getting, the population to be organized is ill-defined and hard to communicate with, there are no “employees” per se at this time,…..So the union talk is premature at best.
