First Amendment Auditors: who are these d'bags?

Yes most of them are dbags but why would a fed show people what their first amendment rights are? Stupid post. Post less please

First Amendment Auditor videos will make you pine for police brutality.

Some of them are dickbags, but they do highlight important issues, like LE not knowing the law - and that's important.

When they haul you into court they'll say that ignorance is no excuse - yet they are ignorant of the law themselves.

These guys are abrasive, but the take home point is that we shouldn't need them highlighting such glaring deficiencies to begin with.

They are just agitators. Their goal is to piss you off and get attacked, then sue you.

Same as the people preaching outside sporting events. They are just hoping to be assaulted so they can sue.

While many of these guys are jerks they do show a valuable lesson for knowing your rights, and especially point out how terrible Terry vs Ohio

And we have the right to record video of anything and anyone we see in public. The government records you, often without your consent, and you have the right to record them. It’s a right we need to exercise because it’s one of the best ways to hold them accountable
