This is getting out of control

Im all for equality, But when you start suing people because they wont Hire a coach that they feel isnt as qualified as another, I believe that Is illegal as well as racist

Equality in coaching is something that has to work its way out naturally.

We need another major program to hire Ty Willingham.
Only people that hire blacks are non-racist. Everyone with a white coach, only has a white coach because they are racists.

Here is a thought, Im going to start protesting that More White players get playing time. There are more blacks starting than Whites and thats wrong. What are we saying to these young men, Your good enough to coach for us but not to play for us

i am curious why the same people complaining are not having a problem with their being too many afrian-american players, as they represent a much smallper % of the population at large.
i really do not believe that there is a agenda to NOT hire black coaches, and there should not be, as there should not be an agenda to hire coaches BECAUSE they are black.
each team should get the best coach they can, period.

I remember when ND hired Tyrone Willingham.. accoriding to the media .... that was the greatest thing EVER at ND. guy last 3 years.
Sly Croom got the job as Miss State, same deal... the hype was all bc the color of their skin.
Barry Obama same thing. Makes you wonder if things can ever be "equal" if everytime a black guy gets promoted to a (first) that some people act as if its the second coming...or if one doenst then its old whitey keeping a brother down again. same old fuking song, I for one am sick of hearing it.

I agree also but I have a feeling thats where it is going. 2 schools are going to be hit with this Lawsuit and be labeled as racist universities etc, It will be like the Duke BS all over again. I dont see how they can can sit here and say everything is racist, but then blackmail people into giving them what they think is right

its perfectly fine to say there are more black guys out there that make better Fball players.. but not ok say there are more white guys out there that make better coaches.

i never said he was bad but he still lost 3 games this season and is getting all this hype because his team beat an overrated ball state team. i would think you would have to have at worse a 1 loss season to jump from a program like Buffalo to an SEC team in Auburn

2 i can think of are Auburn and West Virginia what other schools are there in the running for being called racist
