Me too. I was surprised he didn't sign after being drafted. Mainly because I wasn't sure how many innings there were going to be for him on this year's staff. But if he came back, he had to have had a conversation with Jay on a plan and vision of how to develop him and what his role might look like. Hopefully he's on track with whatever that was, and I agree, I hope we see signs of that progress tomorrow.
