It won’t be many years.America will still be here but will be unrecognizable to those of us that are adults and grew up in the “old America”.
As to why Trump is the way he is,that’s the way he rolls.Bill O’Reilly in his book explains Trump very well and why he is the way he is.Trump loves a fight,to succeed in real estate in Manhattan as he did it was a continual fight-against the unions,city hall,mafia ,on and on.
There are some men that love combat.Col.David Hackworth was good example,frikken loved it.He was in a field hospital after being shot in leg,went AWOL,got back to his battalion and was fighting on crutches when he was wounded again,He had 8 Purple Hearts,10 Silver Stars,8 Bronze Stars,2 Distinguished Sevice Crosses.

The elites want to have their new society in place by 2030. That’s what they’ve said on record…so it’s a good bet the country is gonna break up in the next 4-6 years if enough people oppose it. If not well then welcome to hell on earth

They claim he low balled for tax reasons and over valued for loan purposes
18 million is very low...but doesn't Palm Beach county establish that value? You pay property taxes accordingly, right
And when it comes to loans, yes you put the your higher estimated value on your property to help your position to borrow..
I don't know about a billion or 1.5 Billion but the place is crazy nice
5 minutes from airport...water on both sides

Its called a property tax base on its "value"
Retail or MLS market values are usually higher than tax values .
Residential tax value are usually within 50k of current market value.
In NC they do new assessments every 8 years... ours went up 200k in January...
In this case its a resort or club...
So mar a Lago value is tied to how much income it produces, right?
I don't know...
Its like a witch hunt to me...
But I have no doubt he used numbers to help himself...thats not a crime
