He did not try to qualify. He was ineligible because he didn’t want to take a drug test. That’s not internet stuff, that’s history.

Lol. Where do people come up with this stuff? When was the US Olympic golf qualifier?

There was no “trying to qualify.” It was based on world golf ranking. He wasn’t ranked high enough to qualify in 2020. In 2016, he wasn’t playing golf at all due to his back. He played in one tournament over those two years, withdrew in the middle of it with his back injury, and didn’t return until after his spinal fusion surgery at the end of 2017.
