Emory is a pretty solid school, not an Ivy, but not Southern University.

The average LSAT score at Emory? 168.

Harvard, by comparison is 174. Yale is 175 and leads the country. Southern is 144. The score range is 120-180.

The year Fani graduated, there were 14 African Americans in the entire country that score over 170.

I’m assuming she was not one of the 170 crowd.

I have to think if she had high scores coming out of law school, as a black woman, she would have been scooped up by big law and fast tracked for partner and making seven figures by 30.

Instead she went into government work. Should tell you everything.

I already said yesterday that, based off the testimony of her and Wade, Emory and John Marshall School Of Law (Wade’s Alma mater) should cut each a check for their tuition and reclaim the JD awarded to each.

Hell, if either is an “honor code” school, they could theoretically revoke the degrees just for financial frickery.

It's well known.

Mid 150s was probably sufficient to get Fani into Emory. Back when I kept a closer eye on this stuff I'd see a black guy report getting a 162 or something and the responses would immediately be "Apply to HYS" (Harvard, Yale, Stanford)

I’m not sure this idiot could have passed at Southern and the main requirements there are showing up and having someone on the hook for tuition.

This is easily attained in our current banana republic political climate.
