Shooting with multiple victims reported at Kansas City's Super Bowl parade...

KMBC's Lara Moritz said a crowd surrounded someone on the ground.
A KMBC photographer said he heard shots fired on the scene.
The NFL Network's James Palmer tweeted a video of police escorting him and others from Union Station.
