Yeah they're going to pass STL for crime this year. KC is really really bad and it got there fast.

70% of the Midwest's fentenyl is shipped to KC. Biggest distribution in the MW along with Wichita.

One person is now dead and 3 more in critical condition (of the 10 initially reported hurt).

One did take place in 2012 I think.

Here’s a video of Chiefs fans tackling one of the alleged shooters:

It's rough now. Growing up in the 80s in mid-Missouri, I always liked KC more than STL. It was much cleaner and nicer.

I went to KC for a 4 day trip 3 years ago and was shocked by how much it had gone downhill. Tons of BLM-ish graffiti and trashy.

Gotta love hearing the mouth breathers sayin “Librul policies made this happen !” when Missouri is an open carry state. Take it up with Parsons and his merry band of hillbilly taliban wannabes.

Based on a other video, looks like they are black youths.

I've lived here for close to 14 years now, and I disagree with your assessment. The core of the city (downtown, crossroads, midtown) is so much nicer than it was when I moved here. Westport and to a lesser extent, the Plaza, are struggling, but I think that is a direct consequence of the revitalization of the downtown area. Young people have just moved that direction. However, crime has spiraled out of control on the east side of town. Just pull of a crime map of KC and you'll see pretty quickly where the majority of the problems lie.

That’s because KC wasn’t part of the Rust Belt and thus wasn’t hit as hard by Deindustrialization like St. Louis was.

Democrat voters commit the vast majority of these crimes, and Democrat voters blame hillbilly taliban.

What a world.

Your fellow voters did this (again). Hopefully they didn't hurt anyone but other idiots they have beef with.

He worked against Kansas City and St. Louis gun ordinances, but do continue regurgitating the Faux News talking points. There’s a reason both cities are on the edges of the state.

Clever.

Let's see if those guns carried by the youts are legal or not before blaming lack of gun control.

Quite easy to demagogue instead of doing research on why Missouri turned from a bellwether into another shithole red state, amirite?

Look at your previous posts in this thread. You're proving your own point.

What does that have to do with anything? Two kids, probably using illegally obtained firearms, shot multiple people during a parade. You're arguing that, due to rednecks and weak gun laws, this was allowed to happen. I am making the small leap of logic that the people that were shown arrested are not rednecks, so if that turns out to be incorrect I apologize in advance.

This is surprising to me. Not really sure why given the state of American cities, but for some reason I figured KC was different.

shithole red state

As opposed to blue state paradises like California, New York and Illinois? It’s disingenuous to turn this into a blue state vs red state issue.

This country is degrading all over.
