If you have concerns about kids lifting go read the 5 part series by the doctors at barbell medicine
Half the kids playing baseball really are not strong enough to be playing and should not be throwing a baseball until they get stronger.
These things you mention can also be accomplished by letting a 7 year old kid be a kid, play on playgrounds, play different sports, be active. It's a free country, do as you wish, but my concern is a generation of parents that feel they have to hire a trainer to train their 1st grader. If they are being honest with themselves, its not just about "having my kid healthy", its today's sports parents over-prioritizing their kindergartener's athletic "career".

The unstructured play is better for their mental development too.
