The types that cite this stat, and sources like it, truly believe it is men from all races who are out hunting black women. You cannot get them to think otherwise.

Same thing with trans women getting killed, mostly done by black guys.

That's because young, black males (34 and younger) commit the most homicides. Instead of focusing and working on fixing that, the race-baiters (which is also many in the media) want to generalize the data from studies just enough that they can imply it's white males who are doing the most killing.

And then they piss and moan about guns and homicide rates.
