People been saying this shite every decade. The 50s people thought the 60s was crazy. The 70s people thought the 80s was crazy. Etc.

This time feels different and even old folks that lived those decades can read the tea leaves and are afraid of the current situation.

I think a major difference with modern society compared to even just a few decades ago is the reliance we have on technology. I’m not saying our lives would be over if we lost our Iphones (would be a huge net positive for society), but at the current rate we are going you will not be able to purchase/repair/own?? anything that is gas powered. We will be eveb more reliant on electricity than we are now and that is incredibly fragile.

An EMP attack would be devastating.
