I looked, my Caremark won’t cover pound but will mounjaro even without the diabetes designation and it’s $60/month
So I guess just depends on what your employer plan is with caremark
I will say I like Caremark, especially the $6 testosterone. We also have some plan, forgot name, were long term medications that are expensive are covered through another program with them. I think that is were the mounjaro is covered

Ok 777 or other pharmacists here — any thoughts on compounded bio-identical hrt??
straying from topic but I’m IR, post menopausal and 20# appeared with no changes. Hormones (prog/est/test) are all unmeasurable per lab report.
Increasing protein and resistance training going but to but not helping much.
Started compounded bio-identical hrt last week .. I’m skeptical of this but that’s what I was given. It’s pricey for sure. Once that straight or somewhat straight, hopefully balanced hormones and diet/activity will straighten things out weight wise.
IF NOT, I’m not completely opposed to these sgl but the n/v is just not appealing.
Getting older sucks and I’m trying to take care of myself for our kids and grandkids. Hoping to be around and active for some time.
