So what's the downside of just taking a small dose long term? Does it negatively affect muscle growth/exercising?
at a low dose for 98% of the population there is nothing but upside, especially when it comes to heart health.
all of the glp1's like semaglutide, mounjaro etc are anti catabolic, just not a strong anti catabolic. well should i say, not strong enough to overcome extreme deficits.
now, so people will have the intestinal sides of either IBS or being stopped up all the time but at the 2.5mg dose thats rare
also many times bodybuilders are very sensitive to the drugs and have a hard time meeting macros without force feeding. So if in a bulking phase, it can be used to control cravings and keep calories clean....but like i said, many bodybuilders, even on 2.5mg, struggle to get the macros in.
