Well shite I just like the way I felt during a fast and thought the benefits were worth it. I like the discipline it requires and thought it would strengthen that part of me for when im completely off of GLPs.

well i used to be into fasting for same reasons, not saying you cant but you will burn muscle. i have scans that prove that shite. even on trt i did.

you should never come completely off of glp if you can tolerate the min dose so long as you have the sources you have and get it for so cheap. unless something comes out that changes this opinion....its one of the best medicines for true longevity there is.

or if you do come off, try it for 4 months without it and if your blood sugar is not perfect, go back on small amount.

I usually buy from Peptide Sciences but started looking around for others. A few have mentioned XCE peptides …when I search I get xcelpeptides is that the same? If not is there a link?

I have nice stock pile so it won’t be anytime soon. I do plan to back off of dosage once goal weight is met, hopefully this summer.

Annual labs were drawn last week and look great, the best In 10 years. Literally everything was perfectly in range for the first time in a long time.
