My friend/coworker who is on it has definitely seen desire for alcohol go down. She said she and her hubs used to sit out by the pool many nights and drink a couple of beers. She just doesn't want it at all. She wasn't a massive drinker, but definitely drank. She said it's maybe 1-2 drinks a week now and then only if she's out at a social event.

Not only does it kill the desire, it also dulls the “buzz”. It’s more of a tired and blah feeling than a fun, let’s go cut up buzz… especially on higher doses.
