there you go OP, our resident doc has you covered.
OP and anyone else, if you go the route of xce, dont forget to get the bac water, make sure you understand how to reconstitute and also get the syringes. you can get the syringes and water from gpzservices, that is where i get mine for my trt, much easier than the pharmacy.
