Going to Cabo in a few weeks for a bachelor trip. We’re staying near downtown. Any recs for some good food options? I was hoping for a nice dinner spot and maybe some cheaper taco options. Thanks in advance!

Taco's Gus were some of the best tacos I've had down there.

Best nice dinner spot we had out there was definitely Flora Farms. You'll need to hire a private driver to get out there, but it's truly worth it. It's a nice change of pace from being downtown the entire time.
If you go on Thursday night, have the driver first drop you off at the Los Cabos arts market which is not far from there.
Kill a couple of hours looking at art vendors and ducking into spots. We found a nice cocktail bar to get a couple rounds in, and then got the driver to scoop us back up and take us to Flora Farms. Get to Flora Farms a bit before your reservation if you want to see the sunset or walk the grounds. They're beautiful.
EDIT - In downtown, Los Tres Gallos is another great spot at night. Mariachi bands and damn good food.
Popular with parties like yours will be The Office, which is on the sand/beach. It's a restaurant with okay food but also a bar. Lots of workers going around pouring shots in people's mouths. Very touristy, but admittedly not a bad time.
If you've never been, just ignore everyone at the airport claiming they're your ride and/or want to help you. Arrange your ride beforehand and heed the instructions in your confirmation email.

los Tres Gallos is excellent Mexican food. Not the cheapest but very good.

Second vote for Tacos Gus. Ask for the shrimp tacos with white cheese melted under the salamander. Highly recommend! A fun little streetside bar is Uno Mas.

Go sport fishing with the boys. The captain will filet your catch and any number of restaurants at the wharf will cook it up for you perfectly.

If you’re there for a bachelor party, definitely have dinner at RosaNegra
They have a DJ, definitely a party vibe, loads of eye candy, the food is awesome….it is one of the best dining experiences in Cabo. Do a Google image search and you will see what I’m talking about.
DONT MISS IT!

A strong second for Flora Farms, the best pork chop I've ever eaten...we Ubered to /from with no issues
Some others that we enjoyed...
Jazmins Mexican, Pitahayas, El Pescador, Mariscadas Seafood, Toro Guero Seafood (Last 2 are locals but no issue Ubering to/from at night)
Good friend with a Condo in Cabo frequents the following establishments...Casa Dorada Resort, Giggle&Marlin, Senor Frogs, The Office on the Beach, Mango Deck, Dream Pride boat
