That's badass.

So I have a lot of stupid stuff constructed on my land for SHTF. Does anyone have a good anti-drone system that I could build or get my hands on? That's about my only weakness.

I'm not up to speed on jamming technology. I might need to get into falconry.

Right? Haha. Man I really have been trying to come up with some good solutions. I can make my land virtually impassable to any vehicle and have fighting positions that cover my obstacles and avenues of approach.

But like Mark Chestnutt sang, "But give me time and I'll think of something..."

Ok. frick my idea of falconry. In Oklahoma you have to do a 2 year apprenticeship and I don't have time for that. I fish and vacation too much.

So I was outside smoking some medicine and saw a crow. I'm going to trap some crows and train then to harass drones. They do a damn good job of harassing the owls and hawks around here.

I know it's ridiculous but I have a lot of time on my hands on days like this when it's raining and I can't go fishing, so I do dumb shite with my toys.

good anti-drone system

My neighbor in MS kept flying one over my pool area when my daughter and her friends would be out there.

I asked him face to face to stop. He said he was just flying over our pond and woods and had every right to do so.

I moved my old 870 pump onto the back covered deck/bar, outdoor man cave area. It's typically where I spent my weekends, watching football and the kids in the pool.

The next time he was hovering over the pool and hot tub area, his drone fell out of the sky.

I have no idea how it happened. Just crazy. I assumed he didn't want anyone looking at the footage just before it magically fell to earth.

I never heard a word from him. But I did dump it by his mailbox—a tragic accident.

If one got close enough of course I would shoot it.

But for medium range, I'm really liking my crow idea. My grandpa and dad always had a pet crow or two. And I remember my grandpa having one when I was a kid. They all got theirs by climbing trees and grabbing fledgling whilst being attacked by the parents.

I guess I need to level up on my tree climbing skills.

crow idea

A CROWS system is not autonomous. It's just remotely operated if that is what you intended.

Both. But I'll start with the one I can get my hands on immediately.

I figured out your meaning on re-read of the thread.

Attack falcons would be pretty badass.

Well crows are smart and easy to train and I don't have to go through all the falconry bullshite. They won't attack in the same way a falcon will, but if I can get a few crows trained up, they'd be pretty badass.
