Cleopatra should be punished next year and not allowed to start at Jefferson and Magazine.
Alla didn't get started until after 10 due to that float.
Mardi Gras is more fun when there are more neighborhood parades and more people have access to them near the homes of their friends and families.

I didn't want to get into that argument, lol, but valid point.
Alla has hopped all over. Didn't they initially ride on 1st Sunday afternoon after moving Uptown?
Cleopatra may be going the route of Nyx by growing way too big, way too fast.
