CSB of the Day from Fredericksburg, VA…

Walking out of IHOP with my two young boys after breakfast and wearing my LSU shirt, had a random lady stop me and say “LSU? Geaux Tigers!”
I asked her where she is from, and she said she has lived here forever and that “my last name is Burrow”.
She proceeded to show me photos of her with Joe and the family, his Heisman trophy, and some old embarrassing photos she had on her phone of scrapbook shots from when he was young!
Pretty cool for a random day in Virginia.

His uncle is a professor at the university of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg.

I lived in Fredericksburg for 15 years and know some of the family through basketball/football at Massaponax HS when I coached at Colonial Forge.

If Dugas and Crews are both there at the same time, you may have a lot of guests soon.

How many RVs can your yard accommodate?

Cool story, thanks. Completely unrelated to LSU or football but reminds me of a random encounter I had at a grocery store in Louisville 20+ years ago. Was shopping at a Kroger (grocery store) in Louisville and had some random basketball-related t-shirt on. An older lady walks by and asks me to grab something from one of the top shelves in an aisle we were in because she was short and couldn't reach. After I grab the item for her, she asks me if I know who Matt Harpring is. I'm like "yeah, he was a great basketball player at Georgia Tech" (which is where he played college basketball and ended up being one of their all-time greats there, though he was in the NBA with the Utah Jazz at the time).
She then tells me that she's Matt's aunt and then chats me up for a few minutes about Matt and how he has a bunch of family in that general area.
Not the most interesting story but was kinda similar to your experience and was also completely random LOL...
