I'm not convinced that nicotine is the enemy that it's been made. I can say that Zyn doesn't tear up my gumline like tobacco did. And when I go to the dentist, they can't tell I do anything now. So I take that as a win.

But, with any addiction, it can creep up on you.

For those of you that do Zyn, buy it online. It's a little less than $4 a can when you buy from nicokick dot com.

My best friend is a doc and he told me the delivery system is usually the bad thing about it. He said other than being addictive as all hell the zyn probably won't hurt me much since I don't have blood pressure problems or anything like that to begin with.

I just don't want to be spending $50 a week on it.

ETA: Just tried nicokick. They won't ship to Louisiana.

While we're on the topic of Zyns, has anyone tried the Black Buffalo pouches? I see they offer a nicotine pouch as well as nicotine free pouches. Wouldn't mind making the switch if they're worth it
