It’s obvious at this point.

He dropped a sure TD that any WR wouldve caught

He bet on himself to catch that TD why would he drop it on purpose

You are arguing with Ranters, don't try to make sense.

depends on the amounts for me.
i still don't like the idea of a wr betting on individual stats during a game, because he could get more upset and pouty during the game.

he shaved ur mum's mustache

I think the fact that he bet on himself explains why he was so distraught vs FSU
Posted on 1/25/24 at 10:22 pm to 00 Tech Grad
The reports specifically say he never bet against himself or LSU for points, wins, or individual stats. Did you read it?

Which he clearly did after the Florida St game

Poor guy is done before he ever got started. This type of thing is going to become more and more common. Kids are betting on stuff all day long. Give a poor kid $100k+ in college - what do you expect?
The other things that are going to creep in are:
- Tax Evasion
- Money Laundering
- Scariest of all - NIL Expectations from ‘connected’ sources

We should have. He sucked.
Posted on 1/25/24 at 11:38 pm to js1591
He didn’t suck before that season but I remember a very shaky first couple of games from the skilled players. Did he pr?
He improved that season but first few games were rocky.

The bet in the FSU game was on himself to score a TD and catch for 82 yards. I guess he just likes losing bets and games right?

Something tells me instinctively that this is an overblown story. What did the powers expect to happen when every commercial brea k has an add promoting gambling or one of the primary sponsors is a book. Underage kids drink, smoke and gamble. Who knew? Just an eye-catching headline.

You can't give these kids that kind of personal power and not get a shite show.
This is the natural direction of NIL and gambling

The expansion of gambling is one of the biggest mistakes the boomers passed on. It's destined to rot.
