Could also be that he was intentionally "displaying" the stickers on the hat, though you can't really make them out at this resolution.

Yeah, but a welder doesn't have the adjustment knob in the middle of the forehead.
You turn the harness inside the hat around, so that the adjustment is in back where it's supposed to be.
Biden just proves what a dumbass pretender he is.

Partially correct, but they also turn the suspension the opposite way as well, and not all welders do that.
