Judges seemed to have already agreed with the anti-St. George group in that they don't think the city would sustain itself.

Not these justices. They’re saying you can’t tell if the city is sustainable until it is actually in place. They’re making arguments for St George

Maybe they should stick to being judges instead of economists.

I don’t see how it is their job to determine if a city will be sustainable. Is Baton Rouge currently sustainable on its trajectory?
