The market is not going to work in favor of the Saints. Too many better opportunities.
If you’re Mickey, how do you sell this job?

I swear some kids around here think you draft your coaches

Mickey is going to have to nut up and call the plays himself.

He could always restructure the plays.

He certainly could be plan B. I think one of the grudens, Greg Olson, and maybe even frank reich could be decent plan B guys. Jay gruden and Greg Olson actually have a tie to Mcvay, which we seem to value

Dumbest fricking shite on the planet! If a team has a coach that they want to hire……they should be able to hire them at that time. Whomever they view as their best candidate

With Brian Callahan off to TEN and ATL's new HC likely to replace Dave Ragone, no active offensive coordinator was hired prior to 2022.
Lou Anarumo and Steve Spagnuolo (2019) are the longest-tenured defensive coordinators.

Ronald Curry may be the correct hire. With Loomis and DA playing Kabuki theater by pretending to be interested in other candidates, while the true hire is in the building tends to undermine the general public’s confidence in any of the organization’s hiring practices.

Frank Reich still available?
