What's the deal with the old Chevron station on Boston and S. Jefferson remaining closed for so many years?
I heard through 3rd or 4th parties that is was bad lease to own deal. But seems the city should have pushed something to get it operating as that's a lot of sales tax lost.

I believe that someone has to have purchased that location recently because it looks like the roof is being replaced. But I could be wrong.
