re: Spent the weekend in Covington

There seems to be a neighborhood of ugly, crowded small homes when you drive down the highway and pass Waffle House (I think) heading to Folsom. And 2 more cramped neighborhoods going up not far from there. With one street in and out to all for the 2nd area. I can’t imagine what a cluster that will be traffics and flooding wise. It may not be Nola low cost, but I’ve heard folks say “low cost” for these developments.
