Why were there only 20 people at the game. I know it’s not an on campus traditional stadium, but a top 10 team should have better attendance.

LSU women have played for bigger crowds on the road.

Roads are still mostly iced/snowed over and temp is dropping.

Memphis has a national T15 attendance.

Obviously you could have consulted the weather news.

Memphis has had too many "close calls" or not finishing games in a dominate fashion... finally caught up with them.

There were a couple of bad ice/snow storms when I lived in Memphis but this seems like the worst one in a long time. I’d be going crazy cooped up in my house for a week.

Nah... three years ago we had 14 inches of snow or thereabouts over 2 or 3 days and that was good for 6 days..

Then the Ice Storm the next year... didn't so much keep you cooped up as knocked power out for 3 or 4 days...

This isn't THAT bad... Monday was really the only non-travel day... until this morning when the freezing rain turned the streets into a skating rink... but it got above freezing for several hours, turning that to slush... which is now refreezing and won't thaw until Sunday afternoon.

At least the Kroger has been open every day.

Ok I was there for those ones. My family still there seem to be making it out to be a catastrophe.

Oh... it's still bad... don't get me wrong... but, IMO, not as bad as those two... but that's just me...

This morning was legit scary driving to work... it was literally an ice rink in some areas... and Memphis drivers are idiots on a normal day... this crap just makes many of them more idiotic.

Years ago, at least in Germantown... in the 80s... when it would snow/ice, the city would put cinders down on the main streets and on hills and what not in neighborhoods... they gave that up a while back... they REALLY need to look into starting to do that again.

USF is 10-5. Definitely not the worst team out there.
And don't rattle off their schedule to me, I know they hadn't played anyone hood prior to last night

It’s probably hard for Memphis as a legitimate NCAAT team to get up for games against UAB, USF, Tulsa, etc

Thankfully Tulane sucks so they will get back on track this weekend

Not trying to rub salt in the wound but would you mind providing a re-cap? I was watching in on one of the screens on the gym last night and Memphis was beating the brakes off USF. Got home and watched the LSU women and saw your score on the scroller. I was shocked to say the least.

Tigers couldn't handle the zone that USF came in with in the second half plus the Tigers haven't really been able to keep their foot on the pedal in many games. Close games at the end eventually don't go your way.
