I dont understand this. You drop a shell in and press the button. Everything that happens after that is the exact same as shooting. Are they trying to ease the bolt forward or something?same person every time?

I have been having a sbe2 since 06 and the first couple of times it happend to me was all from me trying to “sneak” a shell in either to creep geese or in a stand or moving in on some pigs and taking a fine shot out an loading a slug.
I’m ocd about checking it now and while it can just come out of battery I don’t know if it’s ever just happened by bumping it. It was all from being “sneaky”
To the OP I have shot the M2 and own a SBE2, inertia and the benelli action is bullet proof buy with confidence.

Sometime it would happen doing the push on my hk but I learned to push the bolt forward.
