Then that’s a shitty expectation. Another insider said that even with being established, 3 months turnaround is normal in that role. She had 4.

So basically if she didn’t get a winning relationship in her first couple of weeks in a new role, she’s a failure?

I’d point similarly to you as I would her. It’s performance based but in a large scale restructuring not everyone gets the ideal and optimal opportunity.

I wouldn’t expect her to be the best or the worst employee released in the experience.

Even if not far out of her ramp she is still out of it with zero sales, so it’s an easy decision in a large team cut.

That she had decided prior to the call that she was going to fight is exactly why they use a non involved grim reaper instead of someone personally invested that would want to go back and forth with her for a mass layoff situation.
