I don't. Do you not have the ability to empathize and relate to other people's suffering?

Another reason not to work for a MegaCorp...

Woof. You made good progress but fell back to sucking off the suits.

Yea...then dont work for a MegaCorp. She should have learned her lesson about MegaCorps and moved on. She acted like an entitled little twit. Going public on TickTok and LinkedIn to complain like this is absolutely not appropriate and makes you look foolish and unhireable.

I generally agree. However, if enough people put these shitty companies on blast things may start to change.

I don’t work for a MegaCorp either. I can empathize and do relate, and I would have felt sorry for her, but she acted horrible. Can you not see what she did was unreasaonable and makes her look foolish? Like she is the first person to ever be fired by a MegaCorp? She just gave them reason to blast the real reason she got fired…never closed a deal, didn’t go into the office, etc etc.

See above as well.

Didn’t suck off the suits. They made their lives and got into a position to make tens of millions running a company. Good for them. Nothing wrong with it, just cause you don’t like it.

It won’t change anything. MegaCorps have been around a long time and for good reason. Blasting them won’t hurt anything in the IT space when they have a market leading offering. CISO at FedEx doesn’t give 2 shita about how Brittany got fired or that she blasted her prior employer. He cares about securing his environment.

Also, you have any clue how she really behaved at work? Any idea about her REAL relationship with her manager? Maybe she never called in, ignored meetings with him, and didn’t have SFDC up to date. Maybe he didn’t give a shite about that employee and felt like never seeing her again cause she took advantage of the company….you ever empathize with an employer that paid out all that money to someone that didn’t generate Jack shite? Also, the company lost 6+ months of not having a producer in the role, imagine the revenue lost there too.
