i agree that meat usually wotn do it. i stay pretty low carb and mainly only to white rice as it tears my stomach up if i eat processed crap a lot.

Im on a pseudo carnivore diet(one banana or blueberries/day) and the fat makes it difficult to eat much more than 200g. Sometimes I
cant even get to that. I dont do shakes
though.
